Laura Marie Edinger-Schons is a Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility at the University of Mannheim. In her research, she is interested in the question how organizations (for-profit, non-profit and everything in between) can contribute to sustainable development as defined in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Specifically, she investigates new forms of organizations including democratic enterprises and social businesses.

Her work has been published in renowned academic journals such as the Journal Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Ethics, or the Journal of Consumer Psychology. She is a co-founder of the Digital Social Innovation Lab as well as the Peer School for Sustainable Development. For her work, she has received several awards, including the AACSB Innovations that Inspire Award 2017, the Max Weber Award for Business Ethics 2018, and the Roman Herzog Award 2018. She has been voted into the Top 10 Junior Scientists in 2015 (by Zeit) and into the Top 40 under 40 in 2019 (by Capital).

Gemeinsam werden wir dabei im Rahmen des ersten Schwerpunkts tätig. Laura und ihr Team nutzen mit uns gemeinsam qualitativ- und quantitativ-empirische Methoden, um sowohl Primär- als auch Sekundärdaten über Firmen, Kunden und Mitarbeitende zu analysieren.
